30-Day Standard Returns

If you are simply unhappy with your product, you have 1 month (30 days) from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund minus original shipping cost.

To be eligible for a standard return, the item must be in its original condition. It cannot be damaged, altered, or show any signs of wear and tear. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

1-Year Warranty for Defects

We stand by the quality of our products. If your item develops a manufacturing defect within 1 year (365 days) of delivery, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Please note that this warranty covers manufacturer defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty Process:

1. The buyer must return the item to us for a physical evaluation.

2. Once received, our team will inspect the item to verify the defect.

3. If the item is found to be defective, we will repair it or send a replacement right away.
